Topic: Advice, Training And Tips / Female cat peeing problem She hasn't been spayed yet, I'm new to the whole cat ownership thing. I knew male cats would spray if they weren't neutered but I never thought it was a thing with female cats |

Topic: Advice, Training And Tips / Female cat peeing problem 1 of my cats, she is 6 months old and is peeing in my bedroom where she stays. On my boxspring, my treadmill, blankets and rugs. How can I make her stop and get rid of the smell? Someone said I’d have to pull up the rugs I can’t afford that. If I can’t get her to stop I’ll have to get rid of her which I don’t want. She just recently started this, she still goes in the litter box 2 so its not all the time but I need help. |

Topic: Kittens / Female Mounting??? I have a question I took in a stray cat and she had kittens, at the moment I have all of them all of them are female including the mother. I've only had dogs in my life so I'm new to owning cats. I read a book saying male cats will bite the neck of a female and mount it when they're in heat. Well my kittens are all 5 months and the mother is about 14 or 15 months. I'm getting them all spayed next month but it worries me that they mount each other. I wasn't sure if that's normal or they're playing or maybe one is a male and if that's the case I don't want any of them getting pregnant. I took all of them to an animal shelter i volunteer at and a person checked them out and said they're all females but it seems weird. Any suggestions? |

Topic: Support And Suggestions / R.I.P I just found this site friday when a kitten of mine became sick, she died friday afternoon. I took in her mother (A stray) back in june of 2007 and didn't know she was pregnant. She gave birth on august 18th and had 4 beautiful babies 3 girls and 1 boy. The boy was a runt so I bottle fed him but he never got more than 2 pounds while the others were speeding past him in size. He was truly my baby and he died in my arms on Feb. 1st that was the hardest thing I've ever went through in my life. |
