Topic: General / BOOK BANNING - SCARIER THAN A TRIP TO THE VET!

Besides who is to say what is or is not offensive.  Parents should regulate what their children read.   I don't think that minors should be able to check out films in the library that they can't get into at the theater because their of their age but I am an adult and I should be able to choose what I can and can't read.  Not some 44 year old woman who likes to kill furry animals.  I try to save them not make them extinct.

The other morning my human and I were checking out mycatspace while she was letting the tub fill.  Next thing we know we heard a splash/ howl combo followed by what looked like a wet rat running down the hall.  It was Willow.  Mom dried her off and gave her lots of kisses.  Sophie and I know better.  We just lay on the tile floor and enjoy the steam bath.

I have a cable modem and I have been having trouble for days (actually at least a week).  Hence, I have not been posting lately.  I try but it will just freeze up and say not responding.  I figured it was some massive overhaul and would be back to normal soon.  It all started when the icons for pals, blogs, profile and such started moving around and enlarging when you move your mouse over them.  Problems have been day and night.

You might want to get her a nice box with a blanket in it for her to feel safe.  When i was a child on a farm I remember our cat finding a box in the garage to have kittens in.  I have seen this more than once.  Like cat jungle said a rescue group in your area may be able to help.  Check your local petsmart or petco and see which group puts their kitties up for adoption there.  BTW kittens who are not weaned and taken to the Humane Society are usually killed.  Sad but true.  Always call a rescue group if you need help finding homes for kittens.

Hey how about a ball of yarn for a 5 point gift.  Or a wad of paper.  These are two things that my cats enjoy and would be fun to give to each other.  Or maybe even a brush for those kitties who get mats.  That would be kind of funny. (or maybe thats just me)
