We went through the same thing a year ago we used a warm washrag or paper towel to stimulate the bowels to move.  We also used powdered kittens milk in a special bottle.  If you have questions just ask.

Take a washcloth and dampen it with warm water. Take the wash cloth and rub the washcloth on the kittens butt. Sometimes a gentle tummy rub will also help get the bowls moving. This should help the kitten pee and poop. Dont forget that when bottle feeding kittens they should be burped just like human babies. If you've been doing that and it still is not pooping then you do need to get it to the vet.
