Its a really sad thing...
My family and I are huge cat lovers, so when see a cat who looks hungry or is hurt we would give them food or shelter. We leave cat food out on the porch every night so that the outside cats could have something to eat. It is really sad that I live in a neighborhood where people would go as far as to put pieces of glass in the cat food or spray window cleaner in the cat's water. I guess they don't know how smart cats are and no cat was hurt.
