i got skared of the outside today
I was outside playing, you know, rolling aournd in the dirt, and two big dogs came up and skared me. I was all, you know, poof, trying to make myself appear larger than life. This husky was e n o r m o u s and his buddy was even bigger. Not like Toby, the little dat dog (small like a cat, but barky like a dog) or pedro, another dat (again, smaller than meh, but not quite a dog). I definitely couldn't take on these big guys. I ran inside and sat on my chair and just sniffed the outside. It was much more fun inside. I'm going to stick around closer to home, so those big dogs can't get meh anymore.
big weekend!
I got to go outside ALL DAY yesterday and today. It was so exciting. I woke up and Mom woke up too. She rang my collar (I only have to wear it when I go outside) and off I went! I met the neighbor dog Toby - I outweigh him by a few pounds and showed him what I'm made of. I don't know why he wants to hop all around and sniff me. I really don't appreciate it.
Anyway, I hung out at BFF's house and hung out with him for a while. I went back outside and watched the pigeons. It was awesome! I rolled around in the dirt by my favorite tree (I call it Home Base because that's where I feel safe). This tree has the best dirt to roll around in.
I had such a great weekend! Now, I need a nap... K-Thx-Bai!
wow! another big day
I sort of think my mom really needs to go back to work because she bugs me all the time when I'm sleeping in my basket, or in the closet. I need some "me time."
I had another big day today in my outdoor adventure. I went and sniffed in another neighbor's house. I'm getting to know each neighbor one house at a time. It's good to have a good network of pals. Then, I met a puppy that lives across the way. This puppy was way bigger than Pedro next door. I know I can take Pedro on, but this puppy was huge and made me go Poof-I-Am-Bigger-Than-I-Appear for quite some time. I got very scard. Once the puppy was away, I ran back to my home base in BFF's yard, played with my indoor mousie toy, green feathery thing and ate some leaves. Whew, it's been a busy couple of days!!
big day!
Oh goodness, it was a big day. I got up around teh noonish and my mom let me outside while she learned how to juggle 3 balls. She was fun to watch. I even attacked some of her balls that she dropped. I climed a tree in my next door neighbor's (my BFF's) yard, chased some birdies, climed another tree where mom had to rescue me because I was skard to come down. I got skard again when noises I wasn't used came out of no where. I even went Poof in my tail. It's always a little embarassing when that happens, you know. I tried to get in Mom's car, but none of her windows were open. I played with Pedro the small dog next door, but I just don't get him. He has to be on a leash in his yard. whatever. Now I'm taking a long well-deserved nap. It's been a big day!
