I was born in Twin Falls, Idaho. When I was about six weeks old, my mom found me at a pet store, all alone in a cage looking sad and lonely. Although getting a cat was the last thing she ever thought she would do, my mom was touched by my plight and found herself taking me home.

In 1997 we moved all the way to Wisconsin. I didn't enjoy the plane ride at all. But I survived. In 1999, mom and I moved in with her parents while mom went back to school. I liked having a nice big house with steps to run up and down, and plenty of windows to look out. Mom's mom spoiled me, giving me all sorts of dry and wet foods to choose from; I had never had such a wide choice of foods before. I became very picky, wanting my food to always be fresh, and wanting certain treats at certain times of the day.

In 2001, Mom moved to Arizona to attend school, and she left me with her parents because I was so comfortable in their house, and she didn't want to subject me to another long trip. I miss mom a lot, but she comes to visit two or three times a year, so I am always happy to see her. When she is gone, I sleep in the bed she uses when she visits or in her old closet many times, because that makes me feel close to her.

I am very playful l like playing jumping games with mom's mom (she will play with me with shoelaces and belts), and I like playing with balls and stuffed mice. Even though I am almost twelve years old, I am still as active and playful as a kitten.
