We got Sadie out the newspaper. We have had her since was about 6 weeks old. She's got a real attitude problem and is very vocal, if you walk too close to her she will let you know and if she is napping in the middle of the floor, don't expect her to move out of your way. She is not afraid of dogs either, our Doberman won't mess with her, and she doesn't even have claws. She has a bad habit of waking me up at 6:00 every morning crying, but once I am up she runs off and  minds her own business. We have another cat that we got in 2004, they do not get along, not at all. Sadie does not seem as old as she is, though her once jet black fur is starting to turn grey. She has no trouble getting around and is very healthy.

Mia was found through an ad in the newspaper. She was very tiny, probably too tiny to bring home, but she was infested with fleas and we couldn't leave her there. We brought her home and got the fleas taken care of, ever since then she has taken over our home. She makes my senior cat miserable and attacks anyone who gets in her way. She may be bi-polar, lol. She can be sweet as can be one minute and the next she is attacking you like she wants to draw blood. She has no front claws, but those back ones are painful! She loves me, but really doesn't want much to do with anyone else in the house, unless they are visiting. I have young nieces and friends with children, when they walk past her she will hiss at them. She is so very sweet when she comes to cuddle, she rams my head with hers to mark me. She is very big!!
