Peanut is the youngest of 5. His mom, Gracie, was a stray cat who came around our house a lot and my mom would let her in. Well she was pregnant so my mom wanted to shelter her into my room to give birth, and she did on my bed, while I played some classical music and nature sounds on my stereo. We gave the other kittens away and Gracie with one of her kittens. We had just Peanut left and one of her friends almost wanted to have him, but my mom wanted him so it was settled and we kept him.

Peanut looks like his momma too, only his hair isn't as long.

My mom spoils him rotten with kitty treats daily. He loves to eat almost everything, especially bread and meat of course

We loved Peanut from the start. He is a very playful and loving cat, he loves to give kitty kisses (where they blink longinly at you)

He is always harrasing one of our oldest, Trixi, and making her snarl and spit like a demon cat. He is a very good natured cat, like all the others, and not much phazes him either!

They love to sleep by each other.

She was very playful as a kitten, she would wear herself out. Now she just lazes around and sleeps most the time, sometimes she plays with Oscar. She loves to go into boxes and sleep in intricate places as well as underneath the covers and blankets.

She is a very affectionate and sweet cat.

Loves to clean and preen herself obsessively.

She would be sleeping, then all of a sudden starts vigorously licking her paws then goes back to sleep.

Trixi is Oreo's mother. My mom wanted a black cat so much

She remembers when she took Trixi, and her mother giving her a look like  "You take care of my baby"

She was pregnant twice until she was fixed. Her first litter, only one survived, (there was a gray one but he only lived for 15 mins) it was named Twinkie, because of white down her middle.  She was given to my aunt, but she got into a plant that my aunt didn't know was poisonous and she is gone now...

Her 2nd and last litter she had only 2 lived

A lot of her kittens came out breached and deformed. We thought maybe she was too small to have kittens (she was about 3 yrs old)
 who knows. One was Oreo of course, the other was a kitten with a slightly deformed face, only one eye, and half a nose, but sweet as sugar.

Was named Cleo (sweetheart cat)

She fights with Oscar all the time, chases him up and down the stairs every day.

Oscar is a very affectionate Siamese cat (not purebred)

We got him awhile before we had Peanut, and like with Gracie and the kittens being in my room after Oscar, we had to put Oscar in my room away from the others for awhile.

I wanted to call him Milo, but my mom's boyfriend named him already.

He practically begs to be pet. He nudges at your hands and licks them constantly

He is very playful and sweet, though he isn't liking being picked up. He tolerates it well. Unless you're near a bed, then his back claws come to work.

He's got the most gorgeous icy blue eyes.
