Im Jake.. Im black and fluffy and I have real soft feet, with fir that sticks up from between my toes. I lova my parents but not all people can get away with petting me. I might get them. You never know. I will flop over on my back and act like I want my tummy rubbed but no,thats not true, its a trap.. I hate belly rubs, It means that as soon as you reach down to the belly area, I got you.Im real fast. My nails are real sharp. But Im a good boy! My mom and dad did not adopt me. They might think that but NO! I adopted them. They moved into a house that I was already living at. My old parents left me and just asked the lady next door if she would take care of me. So When my new mom and dad moved in, they could not have any animals becasue they where renting. Well that was my house, so at night I would hang from the bedroom window screen, and cry. Well mom and dad are animal lovers so they let me in. Then they bought me a food dish and a water dish and a bed and i got shots that I needed. (they lady next door took me to the vet and got me fixed)

I like to go in and outside a lot, so when I wanted in at night I would just go to the bedroom window from out side and hang from the screen and cry to come in. I became their little baby buddy. Lady next door called me Inky, but My old owners came over to see if my mom had any of their mail, and moma asked them what my name was. Jake is the word...That me......

I like to fight a lot. Usually its in my own yard. I have slowed down a lot on the fighting and getting along with the other cats around better. I now live in a new house, been here for seven years. The only bad thing is, the vets office is just a 5 min walk from home.

I like to sleep on a body pillow that is above mom and dads head, on the bed. Its great, I can do happy cat on them when ever I want to.

I mostly want love when mom and dad are asleep. I will walk all over them and rub my wet nose on their faces and put my paw in their eyes and sometime get them with a nail or two.

I like to get on the lap top and walk on the buttons. mom gets real mad. I love to walk on a news paper that some one is reading. Thats fun. I like to run and jump and climb trees and then jump down and chase the ball that my dad is throwing the sister dog. Good times is when I chase the dog around and around the living room. Fun for a while and them I will start to get mad.

I love to barbcue with my dad, he says im helping him. I also like it when he is working out side on a ladder, I like to get up on it too.

I do not spray in the house...Im a good boy!  But I have been known to spray once or twice in a car....Im still a good boy!  Sometimes I just sit on the floor and stay real still and then when mom or dad walks by I will jump on their leg. They say I look like a flying bat.

Sometimes I will use moms leg for a scratching post. She gets real mad, but Im still a good boy. When I lay down, I like to flop down real hard. I do snore, so does the dog though. Im a big talker..Mom and dad tell me to be quite cause Im real loud. I am mom and dads alarm clock most of the time, I like to wake them up about 10 minutes or so before the alarm goes off in the morning. They get mad , but Im a good boy. Well thats all for now, my sister dog is getting tired typing this with her nose, Im making her do this! its a get back for her sticking that nose in my butt. See...Im a god Boy!!!
