Squeakers showed up in the feral cat colony. He earned this name from his meow & quickly responded to it when called. I didn't bring him in right away as I wasn't sure how it would affect Mikey, who had cancer. But Mikey was too mellow to care & Squeaks joined the family. He is a great cat!

Missy is a sweet girl who showed up at the feral colony. We weren't sure for nearly a month as she'd only be a blur. Then, one morning she was so hungry that she didn't hide & stayed by the food, even though surrounded by Muscovy ducks. When the ducks left, I brought her food and she finally didn't run. She was waiting for me when I got home from work. Someone almost adopted her, but it fell through. I'm glad because she's my sweet little girl.

My "unofficial 3rd cat" at the time, one of the ferals, disappeared. And earlier that year, my cat, London, died. I saw Benjamin at PetsMart & he looked like London, but was distinctive enough. I wasn't sure & went home to think about it (means called a friend), then went back. After London's sudden death & Sweetie's disappearance, I needed something life affirming, so I adopted him. I shortened his name; it was too long for him. I used the spelling from the song "Bennie & the Jets"; female spelling or not.

I brought her inside because she wasn't spayed. I didn't want to get attached, so I only called her "Hey You!" but in an affectionate tone. 2 adoptions fell through & she wormed her way into my heart. As she was used to her nickname, my cousin suggested Hailey due to the similarity at the beginning.

Tiny joined the feral cat colony out of nowhere. She definitely was feral, not a stray. She had a kitten & Baby now has a good home. She became very attached to me & would follow me. She started living on my patio & came inside every day for a short while, but wouldn't want to stay. When I moved, I knew I couldn't leave her there, as did everyone who had ever seen her interact with me. She's now adjusting to life inside, but still wanting out. When she's cornered, she will try to scratch & bite. If she can get away, she will do that first & foremost.

Hey Hailey,
We have that same boa. We don't wear ours though. Yesterday our human was swishing it around and I was jumping at it and doing back flips in the air. On one of the back flips I landed one the arm of a chair and spun around it just like the girls on the uneven bars. And I stuck my landing. My human said it was a perfect 10.
