Dr. Steiner

We wanted to pay tribute to Dr. Charles Steiner.  He was our vet who died in January.  He was sick; Mom said pancreatic cancer.  He was on leave for a while trying some experimental treatment.  It seemed to be working & he was planning to come back, but then things quickly changed & it wasn't meant to be.  He is missed by all.

We don't like going to see the vet, but he was always nice to us.  He took his time with us & was very friendly.  He was never in a rush & took the time to talk & explain anything that needed to be.  When London was sick, he even came in on a Sunday & had Mom come down there to go over the blood results & show how to give him subcutaneous (sp?) fluids.  A lot would have waited until Monday.  He cared about us & we cared about him.  We just wanted everyone to know how great he was.
