Peter was found on the street as a kitten.  He was very skinny and completely dirty.  When he was brought home, he ate and ate and ate.  Then he pooped and pooped and pooped.  It was very stinky.  That is how he got the name Stinky Pete.  When he was 4 years old, we adopted Gussy.  Peter and Gussy are best friends.  They love to play together and groom each other.   

 Gussy was adopted from a shelter.  He was the cutest little kitten.  He loves his big brother, Peter.  They played and napped together.  Gussy was a naughty kitten.  He loved to get into mommy's jewelry box and steal necklaces.  He also liked to steal money.  He would take it to his litter box and bury it in the litter.  When he was teething, he would chew up our rolls of toilet paper and loafs of bread.  I'm glad he is out of that stage.  He is now a full grown cat and is very large.  He is a Maine Coon and weighs about 18 pounds now (and is still growing).  He is very talkative and loves to talk back to us when he gets in trouble.
