Sorry I'm not getting your meow until now! I do try to get here, but I'm on mydogspace more often. Do you have a dog? You're not stupid. You got as far as the HTML code, and thats very good! Now all's you need to do is press the HTML button that is next to the yellow smiley face button on Smokey's bio. That is where you put the HTML code for your player. And then you press UPDATE (at the bottom of the HTML section), and then hit SUBMIT.
