My Blog
Little note
Just a quick little note to all:
Patches and DaiZee are doing, uh, ok. Right now DaiZee is being the peskly little sister always annoying the older sister. I will be extremely happy when they start getting along (IF they ever get to that stage). I would really appreciate it if they didn't wait until I was in bed to start the majority of their "wrestling" - just as I start to doze off, the screetching begins. Sigh.
I've been going to school 3 nights a week and both the "children" are acting very abused & neglected. Guess that's why they wait until I go to bed before seriously starting their shennanigans.
And on that note, it's past time to hit the hay!
Take care all!
An Update
Well, I'm not sure but I think DaiZee was a tick in a previous life. You know how when ticks see you coming, they reach up with their front legs spread open wide and grab on to you as you walk by?? Yeah, that's what goes on here too. Mom thinks it's funny. I think it's annoying. I still don't understand how this "thing" got into my house. Mom keeps telling me it's not going anywhere so I better get used to it.
She keeps getting in my face and won't leave my tail alone. AND!!! She actually plays w/the toys!! How wrong is that??!! Cat's don't actually play with toys - we just acquire them; collect them like fine wine. Oh no!! Here it comes to annoy me again! Gotta go!

HA! Don't let that big ole furball kid you! She's having the time of her life having me around!
Sure I'm a little crazy and full of energy - but I'M A KITTEN! I'm suppose to bounce off all solid surfaces constantly! I try to get the furball to show some enthusiasm - she's such a fuddy-duddy. I don't think she really knows how to play since she never grew up w/siblings. But I'll teach her - don't you worry. Oooh! I think I hear Mom opening the fridge! Time to investigate!
What the ????
We've been home for 2 weeks now. I guess it's not all that terrible. I did have fun chasing the tailless creature around today; and having it chase me was kinda ok. I'll adapt. But I won't admit to having any fun!
I'm sure mom will post pictures soon. In case anyone cares, the little rat-beast's name is DaiZee.
Sigh.
New Photos
Mom posted new photos of me ~ I'm so cuuuuuuu-te! (Hey, it's what she keeps telling me so it must be true!)
I've been driving her crazy the past couple of days because I want to go outside - there are so many things to smell out there! We live in an apartment so you know there's a lot going on. There used to be a BIG dog that lived down the hall but they moved long time ago. I think the humans that live there now have an animal of some sort but I can't figure out what it is - that's why I have to go to their door and spend so much time sniffing. It's a mystery I'm determined to solve. When Mom does let me out the door she's there watching my every move to make sure I don't get into any trouble. Every once in a while she'll strap my harness and leash on and we'll go to the bottom so I can smell the bushes (what does live in there????).
~~ yawn ~~
I think it's time to curl up in my heated bed and take a nap.
Baby Pictures
HAHAHAHAHA! Mom found some baby pictures of me and posted them. They were taken 10 days after she brought me home. I'm such a cutie! (And really little too.)
Enjoy!
