I was rescued by mom's mom when I was a kitten.  My original owners were abusive to me and mom's mom saved me.  When she passed away, mom's dad took care of me, but when he couldn't take care of himself anymore, mom brought us both to live with her and her husband (who now is my dad).

I used to be an outdoor cat, but now that I live with mom & dad & Muffy - I am strictly an indoor cat.  And boy do I love being an indoor cat!!!  It's the best thing since canned cat food!

Since everyone just called me "cat", mom & dad decided to change the spelling to "Kaht" and it actually stands for "King Alexander Hyper Troublemaker".  Well, I'm not hyper anymore, but I can be a bit of a troublemaker at times and I am royalty you know, so "king alexander" is just fitting!
