Hi, my name is Kristy, and I'm going to tell you all about my ca, and best friend, Krystable...:

Once upon a time, Krystable was a stray cat that my grandmother was taking care of.  Krystable showed up in my grandmom's backyard the summer of 1995. She would put milk and tuna outside for her.

Then after that summer, she tried talking my granddad into keeping her and he didn't want her. So she called my mom and asked her if she wanted her. And of course my mom said yes (she's a cat lover as well).

Well, I was about 2 at the time (Krystable was about 1 years old) and my nickname was "Kristaboo", and when my mom asked me what we should name the cat, I blurted out: "KRYSTABLE!"

My mom thought I meant "Kristaboo", but I was dead set on Krystable.

I had always been attatched to Krystable. Ever since she came into our family, she has been my best friend. She sleeps at the foot of my bed, follows me around, ect. Today, I am 15 years old, and Krystable is 14. And she doesn't act her age at all. She's still as young and playful as ever. She's a bit fat, but that's just her genes. All of the kittens she had were all fat when hey grew up. Like 23lbs!

Krystable is about 17lbs, pretty green eyes, and she has a wonderful human-like personality.

She's very vocal and attitudinal. For instance, when she wants something, you know it from across the house! After I come home from being away for a while, she has a bad attitude and ignores me. Lol! She's VERY VERY sassy. When I do my homework she'll come up and plop right down on my book or paper. Even when I'm typing, she jumps up and lay on the keyboard.

But the trait that comes off the most is loving. She knows when your upset or sick and will comfort you until you're better. =]

I've acutally argued with her and had conversations with her. As psychotic as that sounds, it's true. Like right now, it's 10:05pm and she's crying at the door to be let outside. If I say: "No."

She'll meow back.

Or like the time I came home from vacation and she was ignoring me.

I said: "Sorry I was gone, Sweetie. I'm back now."

She hissed and meowed. I kept talking and after every thng I said, there was a meow that followed.

She is VERY much an attention hog. She will come up for you to pet her. And if you stop, she'll tap you with her paw and then use a little bit of claw to catch your attention and say: "Helllllloooo! Still here! Pet me!"

The funny thing is she picks the worst times to be petted (ex: when you're on the toilet, doing dishes, playing video games, ect.)

I think she is the best cat ever. Bottom line.

When she passes (hopefully that won't be anytime soon) I'd like to creamate her and have her with me forever.
