Meowmy was feeding and Trap, Neuter and Releasing cats she had noticed behind K-mart. She had 9 of twelve done and knew there were 3 nursing females needing to be done after the kittens were weaned.

In one week she noticed 2 then 5 then 10 of her feral cats weren't coming to their feeding stations. She also noticed the squirrels and raccoons were nowhere to be seen. She put up MISSING signs and asked for any info. She even called the local newspaper and police.

After 2 weeks she gathered some friends to search for the cats or the bodies. Nothing showed up but the horrible smell of death. A man approached her and asked if she was looking for the cats. He said you'll never find them, they were poisoned by a homeless man. Because on of the cats went after, NOT HURT OR KILLED his pet chicken he decided to follow Meowmy as she placed fresh food and water in clean dishes, and he added antifreeze to every dish but 1. He said this went on for days.
