Meow! My name's Chloe and I'm three years old. I am very independent and I love staring out windows, chasing rodents, birds, weeds, insects, and strings, and sleeping anywhere I find cozy. My real mommy was hit by a car when I was still a kitten, and I began wandering around the neighborhood. straying from my human family. I met a very nice girl who fed me and let me sleep in her lap on her porch. I began to sleep on her back porch every night, and eventually, her father, who usually dislikes cats, put out a box for me to sleep in. One day, I returned home and my family brought me inside. Worried, the girl, her father, and her brother came looking for me. They knew where I lived and knocked on the door, asking the family if I was alright. One man that I lived with brought me out, and asked the people if they wanted to adopt me. Delighted and astonished, they agreed. The man contacted his father to make sure he could give me to them. A few days later, I was officially living with my new family! They feed me healthy, good food, buy me toys, play with me, and love me a lot! I am so happy to be with them!

Hi! I'm Kira, and I am the newest member of my family! A nice lady found me outside with my two brothers, and brought me into a nice, quiet, warm place, to wait to be adopted. My brothers were adopted before me, and I waited patiently for my turn. Finally, my new mommy came to get me, and she brought me home to my new brother and sister (who are humans) and my new daddy. Everyone here loves me so much, and I like to follow them around so that they'll pet me. I like to climb into my sister's lap while rolling around and playing with her hands. This is truly more comfortable than living outside in the cold!
