How'd She Do THAT???
My mom is impressive. The other morning she went and turned on the magic rain in the magic rain room. At the same time she did that it started raining OUTside as well!! I was like, "WHOA!!!" I must admit I thought that was very impressive and cool. Then I started thinking that she must have some special powers or gift in order to be able to do that. So, I´ve decided if she´s THAT powerful maybe I better stay on her good side...no telling what else she can do! Love, Beau

Help Save Dancer - UPDATE
DANCER HAS THE FUNDS thanks to the generosity of an angel! An appointment is being made for his surgery. Now lets's all pray hard as we can it's successful!! Thanks and praise to God for Dancer's angel!
I'm very desperately trying to help raise money to save Dancer, a tiny eight-month old kitten who is running out of time. He has a rare liver disease and will only live a few weeks more without surgery. The surgery as far as we know at this time, has an 85% chance of saving him but cost $2,000 and only a few hundred has been raised. Every second and every dollar counts at this point. if you are able to donate below is the link to the shelters page with the paypal button. BE **SURE** TO SAY IT IS FOR **DANCER.**
To donate to help save Dancer, go here (NOW...PLEEEEEASE):

I'm NOT Stupid!!
I have this toy that is a blue, fuzzy bird with a feather butt, and makes a chirpy sound. (It looks like a minature blue bird.) Mom got it for me thinking that the chirpy sound would really get my attention and I would play with it more. It was interesting enough at first, but I wasn´t overly impressed. First of all, I KNOW the difference between a real bird and a fake bird. A real bird has feathers all over and not just sticking out from the butt. Also, a real one doesn´t have fuzz. Last, I know a fake chirpy sound when I hear it. If mom REALLLY wants me to play with a bird, she should either let me run around loose outside (which I know isn´t going to happen), or go outside and catch one for me, and bring it in to me. I actually think this last idea is pretty good as she iS my slave, and I shouldn´t have to put out the energy when she could do it for me. I´d rather use my energy for other things like napping, eatng, and blogging! I think one of these days I AM going to put the bitey on that bird and kill it just so I won´t have to listen to it anymore. (heehee!!) Love, Beau
I won't back down...I'll stand my ground!

Sun then no sun
Wednesday was so nice outside mom put me on my leash and let me go exploring. Usually I just hang out in our concrete breezeway, but this time she took me down the walk to the grass, bushes, and sun. It was so much fun to roll in the grass and dirt, sniff the bushes, and soak up the warm sun! Oh, and the breezes through my fur felt good too! I was having a most wonderfu time...then Chief, the d-o-g got home with his human. He spotted me before the riding machine stopped. I knew that wasn´t a good thing. I don´t know what it is, but I don´t like Chief for some reason. He´s always just tried to be friendly and speak, and I´ve been friends with bigger than me dogs before, but something about him just put me on guard. He came bounding up to me to speak, and I stood my ground, poofed my fur, arched my back, and gave out a little warning growl and hiss. Even though it makes mom sad I don´t like him because "he´s a nice woofie," she did tell me she was proud of me for standing my ground. I always say a cat´s gotta do what a cat´s gotta do! By the way, mom took me in after that thinking my nerves were frazzled. I´m a MAN cat. I had "manned up" and was ready to stay outside. But, since I was on the leash I was forced to come in. All in all it was a wonderful adventure!! (Since then it has not been so nice...sky boomers and flashes, then too cold and windy for me to be out...according to Mom.)

Extreme Makeover-Cat Edition
I have been thinking about all these shows of various kinds that do extreme makeovers on people, homes, families, and yards. Why not their pets? Mom read an article to me a while back that said some pets were now having cosmetic type surgeries to fix things. And there are vets out there who do these surgeries. (Probably in the place called Hollywood.) So, what I want to know is if someone can do an extreme makeover on me and give me opposable thumbs?! I don´t see why not! It could probably be considered a handicapping condition (at least to us)! And while they are at it I would like them to give me a tummy tuck for that fat pocket caused by my neutering. A permament teeth whitening would also be nice! But they never better even think about declawing me! I think it would be a grand idea! What about you? Love, Beau

3. You know what grits taste like, and that they´re better with garlic and cheese.
4. You know where "down/over yonder" actually is.
5. You get excited over snow.
6. Your collar bling is a confederate/rebel flag.
7. You know biscuits are better toasted.
8. You move at a slower pace and know how to saunter.
9. You speak to every cat you meet and a stranger is a friend you haven´t met yet.
10. You wear a bolero or bow tie instead of a neck tie or bandana.
11. You know the difference between red-eye, brown, and country gravy.
WOOHOO!!
I got Cat of the Week at UnitedCats!! Woohoo!! To read my interview, go here. The awesome part is that Monday was mom's birthday, so it made such a great birthday gift for her, and I didn't even have to use any green papers! (heehee) Unfortunately, mom has been very sick this week with an Upper Resper a Tori infect shun. So, instead of partying with all my friends, I have been doing the caring and loving thing, and taking care of my mom so hopefully she will get better sooner. That's why I haven't been here much either. I hope everyone is having a wonderful week!! Love, Beau
