A candle glows for Lucy!!

Savannah was rescued in 2004, she was under weight and her fur had been shaved. She was so shy and took months for her to come to me.

As you can see, she has put on a lot of weight. I weighed her last night and she weighs almost 9 lbs.

She is spoiled rotten. Before going to bed at night, you have to brush her and wash her face. She won't let you go to bed until all this is done.

She's a very picky eater.  

Savannah, not much to tell about her. Other than she still runs from Toby, since he's always jumping on her.

She has found her favorite little hiding place. Under a table in the living room. She still fusses about having her face washed and being groomed before calling it a night. She will let you know  that it she wants this done before the lights are out.

Savannah has a very sweet personality. She doesn't like much attention. She is just precious.

Tessa came from Italy. I'm not sure of her age, she was about 2 when I adopted her. So I guess she's almost 6. Tessa is playful only when she wants to be. But lately, she has been really playful. I guess thats because she's feeling better and putting on more weight.

She loves sleeping beside me. She loves her dog sister, Prissy. She and Prissy cleans each others face.

Tessa is the sweetest little kitty. She is beginning to put on more weight. I fixed chicken and dumplings the other day and she wanted some. I gave her a small amount. To my surprise, she wanted more, then more...I thought she was going to eat the whole pot full..lol

I'll be more than happy to fix her chicken and dumplings every week, if she will eat.

She's more playful at times, chasing shadows, the little red light from the laser..she's so cute.

She has surely tugged at my heart strings. Tessa, I love you so much, sweetie.

A Candle Glows for Lucy!

Toby is sweet, lovable (when he's sleepy), playful, and get's in to everything!! He is ALL BOY!

I found him from a breeder in Oklahoma, on craigslist. I bought him in Sept 2008 and drove to OK in Oct to pick him up. I fell in love with him at 1st site.  It took us 2 days to get back home, because I didn't won't him to have to ride for 16 hours straight.

He loves rearranging my dining room table. And loves sleeping under the lace tablecloth. 

He is NOT a lap cat. The only time he likes to be held is when he's sleepy.

Someone asked me if Toby was my favorite. No, he just gets into a lot more than the girls so I have more to say about him..lol While the girls are lounging around Toby is trying to find something to get into.

Well Toby is still Toby!! lol He's still getting into everything. Climbing on the kitchen table (which is a NO NO and he knows it), the counters, in the bathroom sink, the tub, you name it, he's climbing on it.

Toby loves only ONE human and that's Sue. He will sit in her lap, he wakes her up at all times of the night wanting to get under her covers and will follow her all over the house.

He barely lets me pet him..I keep threatening him that I'm going to get a boy kitty of my own, but he could care less.

Cashmere is going to be a lot like Toby. Into everything!

She's growing fast and is so cute when she hikes her lil hinney up and runs across the floor. She looks like a windup toy..lol

Her eyes are so Blue they have a lavender hue to them.

She Loves sleeping under the covers on top of the heated mattress pad. At night when I'm ready for bed is when she wants to play.

When I eat, she will come running to the table and sit on the floor hoping that I'll drop something.. lol When I feed the others, she will eat hers and then whats left over on their plates.

She is very special to me. 

I'm not sure of Midnights age. He or she must have been dumped off by it's owners back in 2006 or 07. I used to see Midnight at a neighbors house and just this month, I saw him on my front porch.

I started putting dry food on the porch. But when I see it, I'll open a can of food and try to give it to him/her. It runs to the bottom of the steps but eases its way back to where I place the food.

Midnight is solid black with the prettiest GREEN eyes. I just wish that I could catch him so I could know that he would have a safe place to eat, sleep and play. I know my cats would love to have another catmate. ;^)

Maybe soon Midnight will see that he can trust me and will come to me. If not, I'm so afraid that he might get ran over by a car or truck, since I live close to the road. Any ideas on trying to win his trust?
