I was rescued from a shelter two years ago and then my owner brought me back to the same shelter. I guess they didnt love me enough. I spent 6 months in a cage waiting for someone to love me. Occasionally I was allowed out of my cage but I was so shy that I would remain close to it.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a older cat that was already potty trained and knew the shelter was the way to go. We walked in and of course all the cats wanted out. My heart instantly melted. Sierra A.K.A. Scarlett is 5 years old and declawed. We thought she was pretty and I decided to try taking her out of the cage. She remained calm in my arms and I fell in love. She was so good in the car and although skidish for reasons unkown we adore her. She has brought great joy into our lives.

I love my new house. I enjoy waking mommy and daddy up at 5am to tell them how much I love them. I like to choose when I like to be petted otherwise I will run away. And I dont really like to be picked up but I will tolerate it. I love to talk and hangout at mommy and daddys feet to sleep. I am so glad to finally have a home.

I growing out of the kitten stage and look completly different than my baby photos. I get darker in the face everyday. I still play hard and bite as often as I can, however I am more loving and affectionate to my parents. I sleep on mommys chest at night and rub my face to hers just to make sure she is awake to pet me. I am cute and cuddley and talk like crazy. I have been told I am a bottle cap bandit since I steal water bottle caps and hide them. They are the best toy ever. However nothing beats playing with Beauty(my younger sister). Over all I am a very content kitty and couldnt ask for a better home.

I took in a stray pregnant cat named Bright Eyes and she had 6 beautiful kittens and I gave her and her kittens to a rescue group to find a good home and decided we would keep the last one born. We are going to call her Beauty for her beauty marks. I didn't think she was going to make it because she had trouble breathing at birth but she is doing great now.

She is very wild so we do put her up at night, but she can be incredibly loving at the same time. She actually cups your face when she kisses you. She is growing so fast before we know it she will be spayed.
