My mothers kitten has Tendon Contractures.

basically his front paws are at a 90 degree angle starting half way down both front legs. he`s also a polydactal (3-6-5-5) and her tail is also at a 90 degree angle starting about 1" from the base of the tail.

She is about 4 months old now and she seems to be getting around just fine but i was wondering about long term issues she might have.

She goes to an animal chiropractor once a week right now.

Does anyone have any personal experiences with situations like this or do you know where i could find more information on Tendon Contractures in cats. I have only found one page dealing with it (Hyja) and it wasn't very useful.

Is the cat seeing a vet that specializes in felines?  There are vets that treat cats only and I bet that would be your best source.  I hope all goes well.
