i am going to have a cute cat picture contest at my site during the month of February 2008 for a valentines day theme.
the site is http://itsachat.com/
the contest will be held in the message board area (forum) All you need to do is post your kitties pic there and the pictures will be judged by 5 cat lovers based on a point system. (categories such as orginality, picture quality, etc) those guidelines will be found in the forum when the contest goes up.
