I have all Maine Coon kittens and one thing that they are notorious for... is how relaxed they are! You can usually have them cuddle and fall asleep with you in just about any position as long as you start cuddling with them as a kitten. 

Be aware too.. they can cup their hands, making it possible for them to open cabinets, flush toilets, turn on faucets, etc. 

Of course they dont always do these things they are capable! 

I have been able to teach two of my four Maine Coons how to sit for treats and for the two of them it was very easy! Just be patient and give them treats for sitting! Dont give in if they don't sit though!

Be aware also, Maine Coons will eat just about anything! So be careful what you leave out, my kitten ate a half stick of butter!
